The role you will contribute:
The Specialist of Brand Assets supports the day-to-day administration of AdventHealth's enterprise-wide asset management system, ensuring all assets are aligned with the company's marketing strategies and within brand guidelines. The Specialist of Brand Assets must possess strong analytical and organizational skills and have the ability to strategically support operational practices with organizational goals. As well, they should be able to work independently and make operational decisions in a fast-paced and constantly evolving is a department role that requires good communication skills, an intuitive proficiency in new technologies and a desire to provide excellent customer service. The position reports to the Manager of Brand Assets.
The value you will bring to the team:
Organize and manage enterprise-wide asset management system, managing asset archives, user and group permissions, usage contracts (SAG), and vendor negotiations.
Inventory, systematize and deploy sharable assets across the organization, including, but not limited to Brand Guidelines, campaign collections, design templates, logos, marketing collaterals, photography, presentations, tool kits and videos.
Oversee and ensure that content uploaded to asset management system is in alignment with brand standards and campaign messaging strategies.
Work collaboratively with Creative Services and Project Management & Production teams to ensure seamless integration of departmental resources and proper execution of departmental workflow process.
Trains users, and monitors quality by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; recommending asset management changes, as appropriate.
Build, develop and grow business relationships vital to the success of the department, to include all levels of leadership from across the system, and external vendors and stakeholders.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
· Bachelor's in Advertising, Business, Communications or Marketing, or related field of study Required
· 1 Year Related Experience Required
· Advertising, Marketing, Business or Communications experience
Experience with enterprise-wide asset management system
knowledge and expertise within the health care industry
Experience integrating internal/external brand distinctions across a large health care organization or nationally recognized consumer or service-related brand
· Analytical & Organizational Capacity – In depth ability to asses and organize company creative assets into an online collection that is intuitive, and easy to navigate.
· Attention to Detail – Attentive to administrative, project and budgetary details.
· Understanding of Consumer Experience - Familiar with the consumer experience and understand what drives a consumer action.
· Knowledge of Marketing Trends – Must be adept at determining if marketing campaigns will be successful, so they should have in-depth knowledge of current trends.
· Time & Project Management - Able to manage their time efficiently with experience and capacity to handle multiple projects at once.
· Relationship Minded – Values interpersonal relationships and utilizes them to galvanize people and processes in a way that advances Marketing strategies.
