The role you will contribute:

The Specialist of Brand Assets supports the day-to-day administration of AdventHealth's enterprise-wide asset management system. They ensure all assets align with the company's marketing strategies and brand guidelines. The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and good communication skills. The position reports to the Manager of Brand Assets.

The value you will bring to the team:

• Manage enterprise-wide asset management system, including asset archives, user permissions, usage contracts, and vendor negotiations.
• Inventory and deploy sharable assets across the organization, such as Brand Guidelines, campaign collections, templates, logos, marketing materials, photography, presentations, toolkits, and videos.
• Ensure uploaded content aligns with brand standards and campaign messaging.
• Collaborate with Creative Services and Project Management teams to ensure smooth workflow and resource integration.
• Train users, monitor quality, and recommend process improvements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with leadership, external vendors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Experience with enterprise asset management systems, healthcare industry knowledge, and brand management across large organizations.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Understanding of consumer experience and current marketing trends.
• Effective time and project management skills.
• Relationship-oriented approach to teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
