Job summary

Texas First Rentals in Arlington is seeking a Branch Manager to direct all branch activities and drive profitability while delivering a white-glove customer experience across rental, sales, and service of floor care and related equipment.

In coordination with District and Sales Managers, the role leads fleet planning, KPI tracking, safety compliance, and staff development to ensure operational excellence and strong market presence.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in business management and/or operational management with increasing scope.
• Three+ years of experience in equipment rental, floor care, HVAC, or facility services; branch or profit center management preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• EPA Section 608 certification and/or OSHA 10/30 preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with emphasis on Excel and Outlook, and use of rental management software.

Responsibilities

• Hires, develops, evaluates, and leads branch staff to ensure Legendary Customer Service (LCS).
• Manages branch operations and personnel across counter, dispatch, delivery, and service functions.
• Establishes standard work, processes, and KPIs for branch operations and profitability.
• Delivers white glove customer experience, including scheduled delivery, setup, and on-site training.
• Plans and manages fleet levels, utilization, and cross-sell opportunities to grow revenue.
