Job summary

Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.) seeks a Lead Field Branch Administrator to oversee administrative operations within the Southeast territory. You will train FBAs, ensure consistency, and collaborate with corporate functions to resolve issues and improve processes.

The role covers HR, payroll, purchasing, billing, AR/AP, and contract administration, with SAP/ESM and related systems used to maintain data integrity and service delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 5+ years experience supporting middle management and/or department.
• Experience in an administrative function or as an administrative assistant.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and training to Field Administrators within the territory.
• Coordinate administrative processes across branches and centralized support teams.
• Manage accounts receivable, billing, and vendor payments.
