Responsibilities

• Build lasting customer relationships based on trust
• Identify customer growth needs and opportunities
• Create growth plans and sales pipelines for accounts
• Analyze data to increase sales and achieve objectives
• Pre-plan visits with agendas and selling opportunities in CRM
• Prioritize activities to meet growth targets
• Visit accounts and document notes in CRM
• Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and positioning
• Propose selling solutions and close sales with consultative approach
• Meet internal and supplier objectives as directed
• Resolve issues and support customer growth with guidance
• Adapt selling approach to customer buying styles
• Stay aware of competitors and product positioning
• Document account information in CRM and stay organized
• Participate in sales meetings and training
• Perform other duties as assigned
