Qualifications

• BA/BS and at least 5 years of Pharmacy/PBM experience.
• Leadership experience in healthcare/PBM preferred.
• Strong skills in contract pricing and negotiation.
• Excellent collaboration and executive communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Execute CarelonRx strategies to maximize PBM contract value.
• Manage a team to support rebate analysis and pricing compliance.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate direct reports.
• Travel to meetings and events as needed.
