Travel: Approximately 50–70% regional and national travel

We are seeking an accomplished specialty pharmacy sales leader to coach and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives while driving referral growth across key markets.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, coach, and develop Account Executives
• Lead field rides, performance reviews, sales meetings, and business reviews
• Establish regional sales plans, goals, and performance expectations
• Drive referral growth across specialty and complex therapies
• Build relationships with healthcare providers and strategic accounts
• Monitor sales activity, market trends, CRM utilization, and regional performanceIdentify growth opportunities and adjust strategy based on results
• Partner with commercial leadership on broader growth initiatives

What You Bring

• 5+ years of healthcare sales experience
• 3+ years of sales leadership or people‑management experience
• Proven success exceeding sales goals within specialty pharmacy
• Strong healthcare provider and strategic‑account relationships
• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and hold sales teams accountable
• Strong territory planning, CRM, and performance‑management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 50–70%
