Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Account Director to build strong client relationships, analyze data for trends, and lead cross‑functional discussions. This field-based role travels to client sites, with some office meetings, and prefers experience in both commercial and Medicare segments.

The ideal candidate will have a PharmD or active license, 5+ years in clinical account management, and strong strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and minimum 5 years of related experience; a combination of education and experience may meet this requirement.
• PharmD and active Pharmacy license in any state is highly preferred.
• Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills; able to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships and respond to inquiries; ensure timely delivery of reports.
• Lead discussions between business units and clients.
• Analyze data to identify trends and gaps; support commercial and Medicare business.
• Support RFP processes and program implementations.
