Bayer is seeking a Director Regional Payer Accounts for the Pacific Northwest, focusing on regional payer and PBM relationships, access strategy, and reimbursement for Bayer brands. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with field and national accounts, and drive 90‑day cycles to improve access outcomes.

The role requires extensive managed markets experience, strategic thinking, and a valid driver’s license, with residence-based eligibility in multiple Western states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical management roles.
• 3+ years in Managed Markets and supervisory roles.
• Experience with PBM/Payer strategies and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Execute Customer Strategy and Business Development;
• Deliver profitable access and reimbursement for Bayer products;
• Lead strategic opportunities to drive payer partnerships;
• Provide insights into policy, benefit, and legislation impact;
• Coordinate with AGM, MACs, FRMs for cross-functional alignment;
• Represent Bayer at national events and conferences.
