Job summary

ICI Homes is seeking a Customer Service Warranty Superintendent in Daytona Beach, FL. This full-time role acts as the liaison between homeowners, subcontractors, and our construction team to ensure warranty requests are resolved efficiently and professionally.

You will review warranty claims, inspect homes, coordinate corrective actions, oversee subcontractors, and ensure repairs meet company standards while maintaining open homeowner communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of residential construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction practices, building codes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to diagnose construction-related issues and develop effective solutions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, smartphones, and related technology.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Review homeowner warranty requests and determine appropriate solutions for eligible claims.
• Inspect homes, diagnose issues, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee subcontractors performing warranty work.
• Monitor the quality and completion of repairs to ensure they meet ICI Homes standards.
• Review and approve subcontractor pay requests.
• Maintain ongoing communication with homeowners throughout the warranty process.
• Partner closely with construction and production personnel to resolve customer concerns.
• Ensure warranty work is completed, documented, and signed off by homeowners.
• Promote and support safe work practices on all jobsites.
