CBH Homes in Meridian, Idaho seeks a Field Warranty Superintendent to join our Customer Care team. You will work directly with homeowners, trade partners, and our internal team to assess warranty concerns, supervise repairs, and ensure high quality workmanship at CBH homes.

You will troubleshoot issues, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain organized schedules while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction or warranty work.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair ability.
• Excellent communication with homeowners and trade partners.
• Ability to manage schedule and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess warranty concerns and determine next steps.
• Troubleshoot construction-related issues and perform minor repairs.
• Coordinate repairs with CBH trade partners and set clear expectations.
• Inspect completed work to ensure CBH quality standards.
• Report findings and completed work to the Customer Care team.
• Manage daily schedule and warranty workload with follow-through.
• Build relationships with homeowners, trade partners, and CBH teammates.
• Identify recurring issues to improve quality and processes.
• Represent CBH professionally in customers' homes and communities.
