HOLT Truck Centers is seeking an Aftermarket Account Manager to promote aftermarket parts and service solutions to an assigned customer base while pursuing new business to expand market share. You will work with the Regional Aftermarket Sales Manager to execute the business plan and meet sales goals within a designated territory.

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience; three or more years in On-Highway Trucking industry experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of direct sales experience.

Responsabilidades

• Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the use of VBL tools and processes.
• Sales and marketing of On-Highway Truck parts and service offerings.
• Provide comprehensive coverage and support to assigned customer base.
• Plan daily sales calls with a target of 5–7 visits per day.
• Conduct in-person visits to all assigned accounts monthly.
• Follow The Holt Aftermarket Sales Process: Pre-call Planning, Opportunity Identification, Investigation, Proposal Presentation, Closure.
