Job summary

HOLT Truck Centers is seeking an Aftermarket Account Manager to promote parts and service solutions within an assigned customer base across the HTT – Austin South territory. You will work with the Regional Aftermarket Sales Manager to achieve sales goals and expand market share.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, proactive sales calls, and partnership with internal teams to drive growth in the On-Highway Truck aftermarket space. Must be able to travel extensively within the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year direct sales experience; 3+ years in On-Highway Trucking preferred.
• Strong knowledge of aftermarket parts and service sales.

Responsibilities

• Promote aftermarket parts and service solutions to assigned customers.
• Pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
• Plan daily sales calls and conduct monthly in-person visits.
• Serve as primary contact for customer orders and program education.
• Collaborate with internal teams to pursue sales leads and improve service.
