Job summary

HOLT Truck Centers in Houston seeks an Aftermarket Account Manager to promote parts and service solutions to an assigned customer base and pursue new business opportunities in the On-Highway Truck aftermarket.

You will meet sales goals within a territory, sustain current relationships, and collaborate with the Regional Aftermarket Sales Manager to execute strategic initiatives and grow market share.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
• Minimum one year in related sales
• Experience in On-Highway trucking industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Sell and market On-Highway Truck parts and services.
• Provide coverage and support to assigned customers.
• Plan daily sales calls (5–7 visits).
• Visit accounts monthly in person.
• Follow the HOLT sales process from pre-call to closure.
• Collaborate with internal departments to pursue leads.
• Support safety and quality improvement initiatives.
• Travel extensively within territory.
