Directions for Living is seeking a Supervisory professional for the Treatment Works program within the Children’s Outpatient Division in Largo, FL. The role focuses on providing oversight to counselors and case managers delivering wraparound services to youth and families at risk of violence or school disruption.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Social Work (or related field) with 2–5 years of supervisory experience and a Florida license (LMFT/LMHC/LCSW) preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a master’s degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited university.
• Florida licensure as LMFT, LMHC or LCSW preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of documented supervisory experience with at-risk populations including families facing substance misuse, domestic violence, mental health, or emotionally disturbed children.
• Must become Wraparound Facilitator certified in high fidelity Wraparound and as Wraparound Facilitator Supervisor/Coach within 3 months; preference for those already certified.

Responsabilités

• Provide supervisory oversight to the youth and families in the Treatment Works program.
• Coordinate with Counselors and Intensive Case Managers to develop individualized, strength-based treatment plans.
• Ensure all services align with HFW principles and integrate community and natural supports.
