Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field with clinical experience and supervision experience.
• Minimum 2–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Florida licensure as LMFT, LMHC or LCSW preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervisory oversight for Family Intensive Treatment (FITT).
• Coach and guide a team of Counselors and Behavioral Health Case Managers.
• Ensure services are individualized, recovery-focused and promote safety, self-worth and community connection.
