Directions for Living is seeking a Supervisor of Treatment Works to oversee a team providing wraparound services for youth and families in the Treatment Works program. The role includes supervising counselors and case managers, guiding clinical interventions, and ensuring integrated care plans align with family-centered, culturally competent practices.

Qualificações

• This position requires a master's degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited university.
• Florida licensure as LMFT, LMHC or LCSW is preferred but not required.
• Minimum 2–5 years of documented supervisory experience with at-risk populations.
• Must become certified as a Wraparound Facilitator and as Wraparound Supervisor/Coach within 3 months.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision and coaching to a team of Counselors and Intensive Case Managers.
• Oversee development and execution of individualized treatment plans for youth and families.
• Lead the Integrated Decision Team and coordinate clinical interventions and services.
• Ensure services align with HFW model, family-centered, and community-based principles.
