Neurotech Company in the Dallas/Fort Worth area is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead a multi-state region. You will drive new accounts, primarily within psychiatry practices and mental health clinics, and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with strong support from BDRs and marketing.

The role requires 3+ years in medical device sales, a hunter mindset, and readiness for extensive field activity in North Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri.

Competenze

• 3+ years of medical device experience.
• Comfortable with capital equipment sales, ideally into private practices.
• High-volume in-person activity: route planning, self-management, field fundamentals (3+ days a week in the field).
• Hunter mentality: build pipeline, close deals, own your number.
• Must be based in Dallas/Fort Worth.
