Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a field-based sales professional to maximize territory performance in animal health. You will use solution selling, manage accounts, drive educational programs, and travel within the territory, including some evenings as required.

The candidate should hold an undergraduate BS/BA, have 3–10 years of consultative sales experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently or in teams while following Zoetis guidelines and maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) required.
• 3–10 years of consultative sales experience; proven ability to drive sales performance.
• Analytical skills and use of insights for decision-making; follow-through and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Meet overall sales objectives (quota) and for key growth products via demand generation in targeted geography.
• Launch new products and service offerings; generate new equipment leads.
• Interact with customers following Zoetis promotional guidelines.
• Develop and execute a Territory Business Plan/Resource Allocation; implement Zoetis resources and follow up to maximize ROI.
• Meet field activity expectations (sales call activity) and invest in medical education programs.
• Develop and execute an account/veterinarian call-cycle to meet reach/frequency expectations.
