Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to drive revenue for the Trench Safety division. You will develop new business, expand existing customer relationships, and deliver tailored safety solutions to clients across your territory in the construction and industrial sectors.

This field-based role rewards a proven sales track record, strong relationship skills, and the ability to interpret project plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of direct B2B sales experience, preferably field-based or territory sales.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a solution-based sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to grow market share and meet revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and client visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, project managers, and other key decision-makers.
• Expand existing accounts by identifying additional needs and promoting Sunbelt Rentals’ full range of solutions.
