Job summary

Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking an Outside Sales Development Representative to work for a leading global tech delivery client in the Williamsport, PA area. This field-based role focuses on acquiring new restaurant partnerships and driving growth within assigned territories.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful sales experience in a closing role or related field.
• Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses, preferably restaurants or food and beverage clients.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout assigned emerging market territories to identify and secure new restaurant partnerships.
• Sell the value of partnering with delivery service to restaurant owners and negotiate revenue share agreements.
• Manage a high-volume, fast-moving sales cycle and close new business within days.
• Collaborate closely with a Regional Sales Manager and utilize provided sales tools.
• Maintain consistent field activity, primarily conducting face-to-face meetings with prospective partners.
• Support company expansion into rural and underserved markets across the territory.
