Job summary

Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to expand our home-care partnerships across the United States. You will cultivate professional referral sources, generate qualified opportunities, and close new business while collaborating with operations, scheduling, recruiting, and marketing teams.

The role is on-site with a focus on local and regional territories and offers commission-based earning in addition to base salary.

Qualifications

Experience in field-based, B2B sales or healthcare-related partnerships preferred.
Ability to build and maintain professional referral networks.
Proven track record of generating leads and closing new business.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, clinics, and community partners.
Prospect and reach out to local potential clients and partners through outreach and events.
Develop and nurture key referral sources for repeat opportunities.
Generate qualified leads and guide partners through the referral process.
Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities in the assigned territory.
Maintain an active CRM pipeline and document interactions and outcomes.
Collaborate with operations, marketing, and leadership to support referral growth.
Meet goals for referrals, admissions, revenue, and service hours.
