Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care – Lee & Charlotte County is seeking a field-based Business Development Representative to drive growth across Lee and Charlotte Counties from Fort Myers, FL. You will build high-level B2B referral streams with healthcare providers and premium senior communities in a true field role.

This is not an inside sales role; you will be in the community daily, establishing relationships with doctors, elder care services, and trusted advisors to expand our private-pay home care

Qualifications

• 1–2 years boots-on-the-ground sales or business development or medical liaison experience.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage families, doctors and executives.
• Experience in senior care or related medical services is beneficial.
• Self-manage a local territory, organize daily routing and prioritize growth.
• High school diploma required; Business/Marketing degree is a plus; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Daily field outreach to local medical practices, senior living facilities, rehab centers and professionals.
• Source, nurture and expand a continuous pipeline of private-pay referral networks.
• Represent the agency at senior networking events and local luncheons to maximize visibility.
• Maintain simple CRM records of field activities and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with office coordination for smooth client onboarding.
