Job summary

ACM Chemistries, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Technical Services Representative to support key customer accounts across the Southwest. This field-based role will require clear communication, real-time problem solving, and building trust with plant operators, batch personnel, and leadership teams. Expect up to 70% travel to customer sites, with on-site calibration, training, and equipment maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in manufacturing, construction materials, or technical field service.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% (primarily weekdays, overnight travel).
• Bilingual English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical partner for assigned accounts.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and optimize product performance on-site.
• Lead and monitor field trials.
• Inspect, calibrate, and maintain dispensing equipment.
• Build strong working relationships with plant managers and operations teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and expand product utilization.
• Deliver in-person training presentations for customers at their locations.
