Expect up to 70% travel to customer sites, with on-site calibration, training, and equipment maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
3-5 years in manufacturing, construction materials, or technical field service.
Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Willingness to travel up to 70% (primarily weekdays, overnight travel).
Bilingual English and Spanish a plus.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical partner for assigned accounts.
Troubleshoot production challenges and optimize product performance on-site.
Lead and monitor field trials.
Inspect, calibrate, and maintain dispensing equipment.
Build strong working relationships with plant managers and operations teams.
Identify opportunities to improve performance and expand product utilization.
Deliver in-person training presentations for customers at their locations.
