Zusammenfassung

Center for EcoTechnology is hiring a Business Engagement Specialist to connect businesses and institutions with waste reduction and energy efficiency programs. You will build relationships, conduct site visits, and identify opportunities across CT, MA, and RI while supporting CET’s carbon reduction mission.

The role is field-based and remote, requiring travel, bilingual communication is preferred, and a strong focus on customer needs and cross-program coordination.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of outreach, business development, or customer engagement experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel across CT, MA, RI and surrounding areas; field-based/remote work acceptable.

Aufgaben

• Conduct direct outreach to prospective customers for CET's waste reduction programs using calls, email, networking, and visits.
• Coordinate with value stream teams to ensure smooth handoffs and customer service excellence.
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with stakeholder organizations to generate referrals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report pipeline progress, including qualified leads and conversions.
• Travel regularly to service area locations; engage communities through events and presentations.
