Center for EcoTechnology is seeking a Business Engagement Specialist to connect businesses, institutions, and community partners with waste reduction and energy efficiency programs. You’ll build relationships through outreach, site visits, and partnerships, while maintaining accurate pipeline data in Salesforce and supporting cross-program conversions.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in outreach or business development, with willingness to travel across CT, MA, RI, and nearby states.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in outreach, business development, or customer engagement.
• Experience in waste reduction, sustainability, or energy efficiency is a plus.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with new prospects, including cold outreach.
• Multilingual capabilities are preferred to serve diverse communities CET reaches.

Aufgaben

• Conduct direct outreach to prospective customers for CET's waste reduction programs.
• Build and maintain relationships through site visits, events, and partnerships.
• Manage pipeline, qualify opportunities, and hand off to value streams with data in Salesforce.
• Travel regularly across CT, MA, RI, and neighboring states to engage customers.
