Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in outreach, business development, or customer engagement.
• Willingness to travel across CT, MA, RI and neighboring states.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities preferred (Spanish/Portuguese/Creole).
• Experience with MS Office and CRM software; Salesforce preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct direct outreach to prospective customers for CET's waste reduction programs using calls, email, networking and in-person visits.
• Maintain accurate pipeline information in Salesforce and communicate activity to the Head of Sales.
• Identify and cultivate partnerships and networks with trade associations, municipal partners, chambers of commerce, haulers, and industry groups.
• Track leads, referrals and conversions in CRM; support handoff to value stream teams and improve lead-to-project outcomes.
• Travel regularly across CT, MA, RI and neighboring states to engage customers and build CET relationships.
