Job summary

Spectrum Business is seeking an Account Executive to grow our small business client base in the local market. You will drive new sales, conduct needs analyses, and tailor Spectrum Business solutions across data, phone, video and mobile services.

Daily field-based selling with some office time, requiring a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. You’ll use CRM tools to track activities and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field; equivalent years of experience considered.
• 2+ years of sales experience or 2+ years of telecom/technical industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales by engaging small businesses within your assigned sales territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to identify and recommend Spectrum Business solutions.
• Achieve sales and product targets across data, phone, video and mobile services from first contact to final sale.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, presentations and closed deals using required software and tools.
• Collaborate with other business groups to ensure seamless order execution and exceptional customer service.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay current with Spectrum's products and strategies.
• Consistently simplify and enhance the customer experience through proactive communication and support.
