Job summary

Abbott is seeking a CRM Product Support Specialist based in Eastern North Carolina within the Cardiac Rhythm Management division. You will provide clinical, engineering, and sales support for CRM products, interacting with physicians, healthcare professionals, and field staff.

You will develop and deliver training, maintain product knowledge, and collaborate with engineers and vendors to address field inquiries and drive patient care improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomed/related field or equivalent healthcare experience.
• 3+ years of related experience or a program certification from an accredited cardiac training program.
• Must have certifications in CRM products.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology or electro-physiology.
• Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive engineering, sales, educational, and clinical support for CRM products.
• Respond to field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and sales staff.
• Develop, lead, and facilitate CRM training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Support Cardiac Rhythm Team with sales, regional training seminars, data collection, and product in-services.
• Mentor less experienced Clinical Specialists and collaborate with engineers, vendors, and customers.
