Job summary

Abbott is seeking a CRM Product Support Specialist in the Cardiac Rhythm Management division. This field-based role is based in Columbia, SC, with remote work options, and focuses on supporting physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff with CRM products.

Under general direction, you will deliver engineering, sales, educational, and clinical support; develop and lead training sessions; and provide back-up sales support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related healthcare field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of related experience or a cardiac training program certification.
• Must be capable of obtaining CRM product certification.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, or cardiac electrophysiology procedures.
• Ability to apply engineering skills to interpret and solve complex clinical problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Interface: acts as a clinical interface between medical community and business.
• Relationship Building: build and sustain credible relationships with customers and share product knowledge.
• Comprehensive Support: provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products.
• Training and Education: develop, lead, and/or facilitate CRM product trainings for healthcare professionals.
• Sales Support: provide back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives.
