Job summary

You will prospect, deliver timely quotes, negotiate terms, and close deals while maintaining margin discipline. Travel is required to visit plants and operations, with CRM updates and pipeline management.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of hunter-style B2B outside sales with new business results.
• Experience in chemical, industrial, or water treatment sales preferred.
• Ability to discuss SDS/COA/spec sheets; strong negotiation and closing.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and convert new-business pipeline via cold outreach, field visits, and territory management.
• Run discovery, position solutions, negotiate terms, and close while maintaining margin.
• Translate customer requirements into timely quotes and coordinate internally to execute
• Maintain CRM activity, forecasts, and next-step plans to drive outcomes
