Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3 to 5 years of ROW experience.
• Oil & Gas or diversified energy experience preferred.
• Notary license preferred.
• Real estate license preferred.
• Solid working knowledge of PCs, Microsoft Office, Google Earth, ArcGIS and data management software.
• Knowledgeable in real estate values and appraisal practices.
• Ability to work in remote locations for long periods.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Must meet criteria identified in Job Demands & Conditions Analysis for Office and Field Positions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diverse and complex negotiations with landowners.
• Work on settlement of complex damage claims related to construction.
• Search courthouse and records to determine present property ownership and extent of interest.
• Advise and assist in establishing fair market values for land acquisitions.
• Draft and supervise documents for rights of entry, damage claims, contracts, easements, licenses, leases and permits.
• Ensure compliance with corporate health and safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
