Home or Away LLC is seeking a Georgia-licensed RN for a flexible, field-based Supervisory role in the Harris County area. You will oversee in-home client care, conduct initial assessments, and guide caregiving staff, with a self-managed schedule and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license required.
• Strong patient assessment and clinical terminology skills.
• Experience in long-term care, geriatrics, or in-home care preferred.
• Excellent self-management and scheduling capabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for home visits.
• Professional, compassionate communication with families.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-home client care and perform initial assessments.
• Provide guidance to caregiving staff and ensure care plans are followed.
• Coordinate assessment and visit times with clients/families.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in digital records.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to adapt care plans.
• Maintain proactive communication with community partners.
• Uphold HIPAA compliance and participate in audits.
• Record mileage, visits, and admin hours for payroll.
