Job summary

Home or Away in Georgia seeks a licensed RN for a flexible, field-based Supervisory Home Care role in Ellerslie. You will oversee in-home client care, perform initial assessments, and guide caregiving staff to ensure safe, compliant care.

This PRN, part-time position offers self-directed scheduling, direct coordination with families, and strong emphasis on documentation and regulatory adherence to deliver quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Georgia RN License must be active in GA.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and assess clients within 72 hours of referral and develop care plans.
• Conduct biweekly in-home visits to evaluate client well-being and caregiver performance.
• Manage your own calendar by coordinating assessments and visits with clients and families.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in digital systems.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to update care plans.
• Maintain proactive communication with families and community partners.
• Uphold HIPAA compliance and participate in audits.
• Record mileage, visits, and hours for payroll.
