Job summary

Home or Away LLC is seeking a Georgia-licensed RN for a field-based Supervisory role. You will oversee in-home client care, conduct initial assessments, and guide caregiving staff. This PRN position offers a self-managed schedule and autonomy to serve families in the community.

The role requires independent work, strong relationships with staff and families, and commitment to HIPAA compliance and high safety standards. Mileage reimbursement applies for client visits.

Qualifications

• Georgia RN License must be current and active in the state.
• Strong clinical assessment, terminology, and safe medication practices.
• Experience in long-term care, geriatrics, or in-home care preferred.
• Highly organized with strong documentation and time management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for client visits (mileage reimbursed).
• Professional communication with families and care teams.
• Eligibility for comprehensive criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Client onboarding: perform initial assessments within 72 hours of referral to tailor care plans.
• Field supervision: conduct in-home visits and evaluate patient well‑being and caregiver performance.
• Calendar autonomy: schedule assessments/visits directly with clients and families.
• Digital records: maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborative planning: update care plans with families and clinical team as health changes.
• Professional liaison: communicate with community partners and families about client status.
• Regulatory adherence: ensure HIPAA compliance and participate in audits.
• Payroll reporting: record mileage, visits, and admin hours for payroll.
