Job summary

Caregiver Inc. is seeking a Senior Area Director to lead field-based service delivery across assigned markets, travel regularly for on-site oversight, and mentor Area Directors. The role focuses on ensuring safe, compliant programs, improving client outcomes, and maintaining survey readiness.

The Sr AD will support census growth, staff onboarding, and multi-region strategy execution while partnering with RVP to align with organizational goals and maintain strong program integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and coaching skills with field-based team management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with regulatory surveys, audits, or inspections.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning and external stakeholder engagement.
• Translate strategy into measurable goals and timelines.
• Supervise Day Program Managers and ensure compliance and quality.
• Conduct monthly site visits to verify life safety and policies.
• Maintain IPP/active treatment plans and PDP alignment.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and credential compliance.
• Manage staffing, schedules, overtime, and payroll inputs.
• Collaborate across departments to drive census growth and retention.
