Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Two years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individual program plans.
• Supervise training and day habilitation activities for consumers.
• Monitor data sheets for goal progress and adjust as needed.
• Ensure all active treatments are coordinated and implemented timely.
• Coordinate IDT meetings and ensure documentation is filed.
