Job summary

Elevance Health seeks a Regional Account Liaison for BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy to cover the San Antonio to Houston, TX territory. This field-based role builds relationships with physician offices, manufacturer reps, and other associates, traveling up to 50% to client sites and meetings.

We value candidates with a BS/BA or equivalent and at least 4 years of sales experience; bilingual English/Spanish may be required in certain jurisdictions, and expertise in specialty pharmacy is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires BS/BA or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of sales experience.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) may be required in certain jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Develops therapy plans including targeting, routing, and call cycle based on territory knowledge.
• Utilizes strategic business sales plan and market intelligence for authorization.
• Implements the territory sales plan and works with manufacturer representatives to maintain awareness of product updates.
• Responds to inquiries from referral sources.
• Analyzes prescribing patterns across the territory and specifically by office.
• Updates the territory sales plan to achieve defined results in collaboration with leadership.
• Works with operations to review procedures and requirements while maintaining awareness of software use and capabilities.
