Job summary

Elevance Health, including BioPlus Specialty Infusion, seeks a Regional Account Liaison to drive adoption of infusion therapies across Neurology, Immunology, Rheumatology and Gastroenterology within the Northeast US region. This field-based role requires regular client visits and collaboration with healthcare teams to optimize patient access and outcomes.

You will travel 50–70% of the time, maintain a structured call cycle, and work with leadership to align business objectives.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in pharma, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare.
Experience with building and managing regional sales strategy and accounts.

Responsibilities

Maintain sales effectiveness within the assigned territory through regular in-person meetings with healthcare providers.
Utilize Salesforce and other tools to identify key accounts, document sales activity, and analyze performance metrics.
Develop and foster account relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain and document a call cycle.
Build relationships with providers, coordinators, clinical teams, and partners.
Support infusion activity, including providing educational resources and reimbursement processes.
Travel within the designated region to attend meetings and training.
Communicate competitor information and business threats to leadership.
