Job summary

Nurture Care is seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to grow our referral network across Northern Virginia and nearby communities. This field-based role emphasizes meeting referral partners, developing new business, and representing Nurture Care professionally to help families connect with the home care they need.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, networking, follow-up, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Business development in home care, senior living, referral marketing, community outreach, or sales experience is preferred.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver license, and active automobile insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral partnerships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, case managers, hospices, senior communities, social workers, and community organizations.
• Conduct outside marketing visits, meetings, presentations, networking events, health fairs, and outreach activities.
• Identify new referral opportunities and promote Nurture Care private-duty services.
• Generate qualified referrals and support a smooth admissions process.
