Job summary

Greater Goals ABA Corp in Duluth, GA is seeking a field-based sales professional who will build relationships with schools, pediatricians, and community organizations to connect families with needed care.

You will own the client journey from first contact to active service, complete 12–15 in-person visits each week, keep your pipeline moving with intake, and report weekly on numbers and pipeline health. Competitive base salary plus commission with mileage reimbursement and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• A track record managing a pipeline with results to prove it.
• Self-discipline to manage your own schedule and territory.
• Natural relationship-building instincts and reliable follow-through.
• Bonus: familiarity with ABA or the autism/behavioral health space.

Responsibilities

• 12–15 in-person visits, with a goal of 8–10 real referral conversations
• Own the client journey from first contact to active service
• Work with intake to keep your pipeline clean and moving
• Support staffing coordination and keep the field connected to HQ
• Build repeat, long-term partnerships — not one-off referrals
• Report weekly on your numbers and pipeline health
