Job summary

Greater Goals ABA Corp is hiring a Field Outreach & Partnership Representative in Georgia. This field-based role focuses on building trust with families by visiting schools, pediatric offices, and community centers to convert referrals into active services.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, ongoing pipeline management, and collaboration with intake and HQ. A base salary plus commission is offered, with mileage and expense reimbursement and room for growth in a mission-driven

Qualifications

• Background in outreach, business development, or client acquisition.
• Experience running a referral or sales pipeline with measurable results.
• Ability to manage own schedule with discipline.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 12–15 in-person visits with a goal of 8–10 substantive referral conversations.
• Move new client leads from first contact to active service.
• Collaborate with intake to keep the pipeline accurate and moving.
• Support staffing needs and maintain field-HQ communication.
• Build lasting relationships with schools, physicians, and community organizations.
• Report weekly on outreach activity and pipeline progress.
