Job summary
Waters Corporation is seeking a Reagent Technical Sales Specialist to join our Biosciences team in a field-based role. You will drive recurring reagent revenue by applying deep reagent expertise to optimize customer workflows and expand product adoption across installed bases.
You will partner with Account Managers and Instrument Specialists to identify workflow gaps, support assay development, and educate customers on best practices to maximize reagent utilization, enabling sustainable growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
- Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in scientific, technical sales, applications, or laboratory roles.
- Ability to translate technical knowledge into practical customer value.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Provide deep technical expertise in reagents and consumables.
- Deliver scientific consultation to support customer workflows.
- Act as trusted advisor to laboratory stakeholders.
- Educate customers on best practices to maximize reagent utilization.
- Identify workflow gaps and opportunities for expansion.
