Qualifications

• Experience operating Loram or equivalent heavy equipment in a 24/7 environment.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and follow safety procedures and on-track rules.
• Ability to document field activity, reports, and maintenance tasks clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead job briefings during operations and maintenance shifts.
• Inspect machines, report issues, and perform common repairs as instructed.
• Record parts usage and daily field reporting and expenses.
• Ensure on-track safety and proper operation of gauge and HMI.
