Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license in good standing.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in the field.
• Clear communication and thorough documentation.
• Willingness to travel daily across assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled PTA visits in patients' homes under PT supervision.
• Implement treatment plans focusing on gait, transfers, mobility, and safety.
• Track progress and report updates to supervising PT.
• Coordinate with care team to adjust orders and avoid delays.
• Coach patients and caregivers with practical home programs.
• Document promptly in the EMR with accuracy and completeness.
