Adaptive Home Health, LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a field-based, full-time role in Detroit. The position emphasizes delivering high-quality home health visits while leveraging an AI-native platform to streamline charting and documentation.

You will work under a supervising PT with a focus on functional mobility, gait, transfers, and home safety. Expect a proactive, tech-forward team that values patient outcomes and efficient care delivery.

Qualificações

• Active Michigan PTA license (in good standing)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, auto insurance
• Home health experience strongly preferred
• Able to carry/transport basic therapy equipment as needed
• Competency in core home health PTA scope

Responsabilidades

• Deliver PTA visits in patients' homes under the supervising PT.
• Implement treatment plans focused on gait/balance, transfers, and home safety.
• Track progress within PTA scope and report updates to the supervising PT.
• Coordinate with the care team to implement orders and address changes.
• Coach patients and caregivers with practical home exercise programs.
• Document promptly and thoroughly to support defensible care.
