Job summary

Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Associate to drive provider referrals in the Boulder, CO area. The role focuses on field-based relationship-building with primary care physicians, specialists, and clinic staff to grow referral volume and ensure insurance-covered nutrition care.

You will travel regionally, develop new partnerships, and manage a territory like a business, reporting to the Provider Partnerships Regional Manager within a high-growth team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, healthcare, or other high-performance settings.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within the local market.
• Spend five days per week in the field meeting with providers and clinic staff within a 1-hour radius.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, medical assistants, office managers, and administrators.
• Prospect into new offices and create referral partnerships from scratch.
• Grow referral volume within existing accounts through relationship management and follow-up.
• Educate providers on Nourish and its impact on patient outcomes.
• Drive toward monthly referral goals and performance targets.
• Manage territory like a small business, balancing new business and account growth.
• Track activity, pipeline, and account performance in Salesforce and collaborate with leadership.
