RESICAP is seeking an On‑Site Property Manager in Chattanooga, TN. You will be the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, oversee property and team activities, and ensure exceptional service from day one.

This field‑based role includes on‑site visits, leasing duties, inspections, and relationship building with residents and stakeholders. A state real estate license is required, with 3–5 years of relevant experience and a customer‑focused, organized approach.

Qualifications

• Active State Real Estate License required for State of Residence.
• 3–5 years leasing/property management experience, preferably in multi‑family or single‑family housing.
• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on‑site lead, greeting prospects and presenting home features and community benefits.
• Conduct property tours and guide prospects through leasing and application process.
• Maintain compliance with landlord/tenant laws and fair housing regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet marketing, maintenance, and renewals targets.
