Job summary

RESICAP's On-site Property Manager position based in Tampa, FL, invites energetic professionals to join a leader in the Single Family Rental industry. You’ll be the first point of contact for residents, oversee property and team management, and perform on-site visits, leasing tasks, and community outreach.

A State Real Estate License is preferred; 3–5 years in leasing or property management; Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Active State Real Estate License preferred.
• 3-5 years of leasing/property management experience.
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Business or Real Estate preferred.
• Strong customer service and lead conversion skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required for property visits.
• Understanding of landlord/tenant laws and fair housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site representation, greet prospects, and present home features.
• Conduct tours, interviews, and guide prospects through leasing and applications.
• State of Residence Real Estate License Required.
• Ensure homes and community spaces meet brand standards and are maintained.
• Provide exceptional customer service for move-ins/outs and issue resolution.
• Manage past-due balances and resident maintenance concerns.
• Optimize occupancy, renewals, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with HOA/code enforcement and compliance requirements.
• Utilize CRM and property management tools to maintain records and marketing tasks.
