Job summary

S & T Services of Florida is seeking an Entry-Level Field Based Assistant Project Coordinator to support project managers across Central Florida. The role involves extensive field work, site visits with contractors, and on-the-job training to build a career in construction and project management.

You will help with daily coordination, documentation, scheduling and administrative tasks, while traveling to multiple sites and working in Florida weather.

Qualifications

• No prior construction experience required; willingness to learn on the job.
• Strong communication and ability to document progress clearly.
• Must be comfortable traveling to multiple sites across Central Florida.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying Florida weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with daily coordination tasks.
• Travel across Central Florida to visit multiple active sites.
• Document project progress with photos, notes, and checklists.
• Meet with contractors and vendors on-site to verify work and discuss schedules.
• Identify and communicate issues, delays, or quality concerns observed in the field.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors on scheduling and updates.
• Organize project files, estimates, and documentation.
• Track updates, deadlines, and tasks in Asana.
• Provide scheduling, communications, and general administrative support.
